Scott is the chairman of the board, president, and CEO of VOX Network Solutions. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, VOX Network Solutions is a leading provider of converged voice and data solutions and services that implement, enable, and support effective, performance-enhancing business communications capabilities.
Prior to founding VOX, Scott worked for six years in sales and sales marketing at Nortel Communications Systems. In 1997, Scott cofounded United Telecom. Due to its tremendous growth, United Telecom was sold to NetVersant Solutions in December 2000. From 2000 to 2005, Scott served as the President of Telephony for NetVersant.
Scott received a BS in business administration, marketing, from San Diego State University.

As vice president of sales and marketing at VOX Network Solutions, Nancy is responsible for nationwide sales, business development, marketing, and branding. Nancy has nearly 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining VOX, Nancy served as the director of sales for Black Box, where she was responsible for sales and sales engineering for the Northwest region.
Nancy also held sales management and sales positions at AT&T and Avaya (formerly Nortel). Nancy possesses a bachelor's degree with a double major in psychology and speech communications and a minor in Spanish from California State University, Chico.

Joining VOX as VP of Operations in 2011, Craig has overall responsibility for all aspects of Services Delivery ranging from Professional Services to Maintenance Support. Craig began his career in telecommunications nearly 20 years ago installing key systems for movie productions in the San Francisco Bay Area. Craig then joined Lucent Technologies' Enterprise Communications Group as a Project Manager, staying with Avaya at the spinoff and eventually managing the Project Management team at Avaya for the Western Region. In his tenure there, Craig managed a wide range of large enterprise projects including the VoIP deployment at Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas, nationwide rollouts for Citigroup, and dedicated support for The Gap, eBay and The County of Alameda.
Craig left Avaya in 2005 to move to the channel building and managing services and operations organizations Craig is a PMP certified Project Manager and Six Sigma Green Belt with a focus on process enhancement and gaining efficiencies to benefit our customers and employees.

Igor, the director of finance and human resources, joined the company in October 2007. He has 15 years of experience in managing finance and accounting departments in a variety of industries.
Igor began his career working for various Bay Area technology companies before joining AppraisalHub, a real estate valuation company in 2001. From 2001 to 2007, Igor served as the controller of AppraisalHub and established the finance department.
As the director of finance of VOX Network Solutions, Igor is responsible for the strategic positioning of the company. He also oversees day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting departments. Igor received a BS in finance and accounting from San Francisco State University.

John brings more than 25 years of service management to the VOX organization. He began his telecom career as a system installer in the early 1980s, focusing on the Northern Telecom product line. Within a few years, he moved into operations management while at PacTel Meridian Systems, where he supervised repairs and Mac activities in the San Francisco area. In the late 1990s, when the company was wholly owned by Nortel Networks, John spent a couple of years in the sales department as an installed base account executive.
Today at VOX, John is responsible for contract administration and the general activities of the customer service organization. He is also responsible for the national partner program. He has established and maintained a network of Nortel business partners who team with VOX to support national customers.

Chad McGreanor began his career as an IT Director over 10 years ago. His focus has always been related to Microsoft products. He achieved his MCSE when he was 19 years old, and since then has added many other qualifications from Nortel, Cisco including CCNA, and Microsoft including MCITP. He is currently working on the Microsoft Certified Masters course for Microsoft Lync. At this time there are only 89 Lync MCM's in the world.
Today as Director of Unified Communications, one of his primary job functions is to guide customers down the appropriate UC path that is best for their business. Mr. McGreanor has been involved in many Microsoft projects that range from full Enterprise Voice deployments to Microsoft projects for government defense contractors. He is responsible for the Microsoft practice at Vox Network Solutions.

As Manager of operations, Mike is responsible for the daily operations of VOX as well as the Remote Engineering serives we deliver. Mike has over 20 years of extensive experience in the Telecom Industry.
Prior to joinging VOX, Mike was the Telecom Manager for one of the largest wineries in the world. In addition, Mike was responsible for the deployment of Nortel PBX's in the US, Asia and Europe.

Cindy Giertych is the manager of the Professional Services Organization at VOX. Her team includes project managers and the field and system design engineers responsible for services delivery on project implementations. This collection of highly technical group members encompasses a knowledge base that represents the 'applied brilliance' that Vox Network Solutions has come to represent. Cindy has extensive expertise with software design and programming gained from over 20 years in the telecom industry, deploying communications solutions that cover a full range of industry standards including VoIP, contact center, and global network designs.
She has partnered with and achieved success with many accounts including Altera Corporation, LSI Corporation, Maximus, SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and Savvis; and continues to provide that support to our complex projects in conjunction with her role managing and leading the PSO team.
